- Personal Information: We need the information that identifies you personally and can be used to contact you at a later point of time. Such details will include name, last name, address, e-mail address, phone number and other appropriate details.
- Financial Information: Such details are provided by you and are sent to the bank directly. These details are used to process your payments towards Smart Snake. Smart Snake does not collect any credit/debit card information of our customers.
- Computer Information: Our online tools need certain information about your computer before successfully connecting your PC to ours. This information includes your computer name, brand, type, operating system, hardware and software details.

We do not publish, sell or distribute your information. Your information is used to identify you, fix your PC issues and to execute your payment procedure. Unless specifically required, we do not share your information with our affiliates or business partners. Even if it is shared it is made sure that you can’t be identified personally and also your prior consent is taken. During transmission via internet, SSL plays important role in saving your information. SSL secures your connection and you can check it with a lock symbol showing on address bar. You can also view site certificate by double clocking on lock symbol.
We do not ask for your personal information in email communications or hyperlinks of our websites. We further confirm your identify telephonically. We also safeguard your email address with the help of technical protection. Virus screening is always done of all the emails you sent with attachments. Before accepting you transaction we further verify it with you. Smartsnake has the right to cancel or restrict your access in case your data is found to be at risk.
How can you control and access your information collected by us?
If you want to correct any of your personal information which we have collected or simply want to delete it, you can request us via email at email@example.com. However, we keep copies of your information in our back-up before deleting them fully. Against identity misconduct and theft, we may save some of your information as well.
If the customer wants to unsubscribe the repeated emails or calls he is getting,he should simply send an email with his registered mail ID at firstname.lastname@example.org with subject- “Do not disturb” and should mention his customer or referenced ID as well. This procedure is called “OPT OUT”.
